Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Primary Level English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning effective, engaging learning experiences and ensuring that each child receives quality support in every session, with clear progress in their learning journey. With a focus on foundational skills in reading, phonics, and handwriting, the teacher will inspire and guide young learners, helping them build confidence, literacy skills, and academic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Mathematics and English GCSE
- Teaching experience with primary aged children (Reception to Year 6)
- Teaching certification or qualification (QTS, PGCE, etc.) is desired.
- Montessori teaching certification or experience is highly desired.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of English curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Experience with Montessori materials and methods.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for fostering a love of learning and mastery in mathematics.
- Ability to utilise technology and AI tools to enhance teaching efficiency and reduce reliance on printed materials, incorporating digital resources that support each child’s learning journey.
