• 10+ years of Product Management experience in a software product environment.
• I have more than 7+ years’ experience in a (domain) Leadership function and understand how to lead and drive visions and strategies in an international environment.
• Entrepreneurial & Growth mindset with experience in founding and leading own business within a competitive and fast-moving software market.
• Ability to bring market and business understanding into the product to deliver and help shape Dynatrace’s goal and strategy.
• You have a strong interest in and understanding of technical topics such as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Application Security, and SaaS Software.
• Be highly self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing & presenting solutions to complex and unique problems.
• Outstanding communicator and presenter with excellent social skills.
• Ability to communicate thoughts and business ideas clearly in a C-level setting/environment.
