JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Event Team Leader to join our dynamic events crew on a part-time, seasonal basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident in leading a team, and has a full EU driving license and access to their own vehicle.

REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Proven experience in event management or team leadership (minimum 1–2 years)
✅ Full EU driving licence and access to own vehicle
✅ Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✅ Ability to lead by example and keep team morale high
✅ Flexible, reliable, and comfortable working weekends and public holidays
✅ Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for events

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Event Team Leader, you will play a key role in the successful set-up, event running and wrap-up of live events. You’ll manage and motivate a team of event crew members on-site, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer interaction throughout.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, direct and support event crew on-site
  • Supervise the full set-up and de-rig of events
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety and customer service
  • Handle any on-site challenges with confidence and professionalism
  • Deliver clear communication and instructions to team members
  • Assist hands-on with all aspects of event production when needed
