Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver the full EYFS curriculum through engaging, play-centred activities.
  • Observe, assess and document each child’s progress; share regular updates with parents and specialists.
  • Differentiate instruction to support children with additional needs.
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating classroom that meets health & safety standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators, therapists and administrators.
  • Contribute to school events, parent workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ proven EYFS experience in an international or UAE setting.
  • KHDA approval (or eligibility to obtain it).
  • Own UAE residency visa (sponsored by spouse, parent, or freelance).
  • Excellent spoken and written English; additional Arabic or French is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, organisational and classroom-management skills.
