POSITION OVERVIEW

In your position as a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, interacting with customers, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Communication Skills: Able to clearly communicate with customers and team members.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately.
• Speed and Efficiency: Able to work quickly and efficiently during peak hours.
• Physical Stamina: Able to stand and move around for extended periods.
• Knowledge of Coffee: Basic understanding of different coffee types, brewing methods, and specialty drinks.
• Cash Handling Skills: Ability to accurately process payments and make change.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with other baristas and staff members.
