Boeing’s NW Custodial Services organization is currently seeking Experienced Facilities General Analysts to join our NW Hiring and Training team in Seattle, WA, while also supporting our Everett site.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and collaborative professional who supports operational training and process improvement initiatives across our facilities, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and leadership to ensure efficient coordination and effective process management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service
  • Experience in coaching, instructing or as an employee development specialist
  • Experience in designing and employing leadership development courseware and/or curriculum

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience with Facilities Operations or Facilities Management
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Experience using SharePoint
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams
Responsibilities
  • Lead training curriculum for onboarding new custodians (combination of hand-ons and classroom instruction)
  • Prepare, update and own documented processes and standard work
  • Lead with a safety mindset – Participate in safety training and then lead with new employees. In addition, innovate solutions to reduce risk to personnel safety
  • Provide administrative support to hiring manager(s) (employment movement, manage training schedule, coordinate/schedule interviews, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite and CMMS work management tools
  • Interact with suppliers and buyers
  • Facilitate team relationships to ensure a thorough understanding of the organization’s needs and requirements and the continuous improvement of contractual processes
  • Communicate with internal and external suppliers and customers to coordinate scheduled activities
  • Lead efforts to review, create, improve, and document processes and procedures related to facilities operations
  • Recommend and implement improvements
  • Prepare and present reports explaining options, impact, and recommendations
  • Receive internal and external customer requests for services or goods related to buildings, equipment, and systems
  • Provide general technical support and troubleshooting assistance for various facilities hardware, software, systems, or processes
  • Deliver process training and support the creation of training materials
  • Coordinate with internal training organizations and outside vendors as applicable
