POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient primary care opportunity within a respected, community-focused healthcare organization • Manage a full patient panel while practicing relationship-driven, value-based medicine • Join a collaborative clinical team prioritizing safety, compassion, and quality patient outcomes • Opportunity to practice in one of Northern California’s most scenic and desirable communities WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY STANDS OUT • Starting compensation up to $160,000+ annually • Massive $50,000 sign-on bonus available • HRSA-approved site with student loan forgiveness eligibility • Monday through Friday schedule with no nights or weekends • EPIC EMR system • Relocation assistance and site visit reimbursement available • Beautiful Marin County location near San Francisco, coastal trails, and redwood landscapes • Strong work-life balance with generous PTO structure SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL • Monday through Friday outpatient schedule • Daytime clinic hours only • Average patient volume of approximately 20 patients daily • Full outpatient primary care panel management • Collaborative community health setting CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan • Manage chronic disease, preventative care, wellness visits, and acute patient needs • Coordinate care plans and referrals within a team-based environment • Maintain accurate EPIC documentation and quality compliance standards • Deliver culturally sensitive, compassionate patient-centered care COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base salary starting at $135,000–$160,000+ based on experience • Higher compensation consideration for Spanish-speaking providers • $50,000 sign-on bonus available • Student loan forgiveness eligibility through HRSA programs • Health, dental, and vision insurance with multiple plan options • 403(b) retirement plan • 3 weeks PTO in year one • 4 weeks PTO beginning year two • 10 paid holidays • CME allowance plus paid CME time off • Malpractice insurance coverage • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Relocation assistance available Requirements • Active California Family Nurse Practitioner license REQUIRED • Active DEA license REQUIRED • Minimum 3 years outpatient primary care experience REQUIRED • Community health experience strongly preferred • Experience managing a full patient panel REQUIRED • EPIC EMR experience preferred • Bilingual English/Spanish or medical Spanish strongly preferred • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required unless exempt Not ready to formally apply?
