We’re seeking a female Support Worker to assist a vibrant and creative woman in her mid-30s living in Nundah. She’s full of personality, warmth, and humour, and is looking for someone who can match her energy and values.
Our client is passionate about animals (especially dogs!), enjoys arts and crafts, and proudly identifies as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. She uses a power wheelchair, so accessibility awareness and a proactive approach to support are essential.
The ideal candidate is someone who’s inclusive, genuine, and confident, with a great sense of humour and a natural ability to take initiative. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait to be told what needs doing - someone who can look around, anticipate needs, and step in to help even when things seem quiet.
