Description

Scotfast operates across the UK, carrying out large scale fencing, forestry and civil projects. Due to expansion, we are looking to employ hardworking, motivated individuals, with a strong work ethic to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role you will be responsible for performing all aspects of general labouring duties across multiple sites.
At least 1 year of previous Labouring experience is preferred.
CSCS is not necessary but is highly preferred.
We require you to make your way to our yard in Errol for 7 AM.

Duties and skills required include:

  • Taking direction from managers, supervisors and team leaders. Capable of following instructions.
  • Assisting your team with carrying out tasks for that day. Showing a willingness to learn and take control of designated tasks.
  • Loading materials on to trailers/vehicles, reading job cards, recognising material descriptions, and keeping accurate counts for team leaders/managers.
  • Working away from home on projects on a weekly basis with paid accommodation and a daily stay away allowance.
  • Operating various types of equipment and machinery.
  • Meeting the physical requirements of the job, such as lifting heavy loads.
  • Assisting contractors and tradespeople on the worksite.
  • Cleaning up and preparing the job site for the following work day.
  • Completing all training requirements.
