Job Description
Reproductive Fertility Center (RFC) is committed to providing our patients with excellent care in a welcoming setting. We are looking for the right person to join our team as a Financial Coordinator. This is a full time position in our West Hollywood office. We are seeking someone who can work as a team player as well be able to work with little supervision at times. Our ideal candidate will be compassionate, full of energy, have a strong attention to detail, possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and someone who will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Abilities and Knowledge

  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing and promote teamwork.
  • Ability to organize and follow through on own initiative.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
  • Data Entry Skills and Typing of 45 wpm.
  • Good with numbers
  • Strong people skills.
  • Experience in fertility office a MUS
Responsibilities
  • Adhere to RFC Fertility Policies & Procedures.
  • Provide financial counseling to patients on various procedures to be rendered by RFC.
  • Review insurance information (verified by the insurance benefit coordinator) with the patients when applicable for all services to be rendered by RFC.
  • Schedule financial consultations (by phone or in person) with patients as needed.
  • Assist in collecting all cycle fees before the start of any treatment.
  • Maintain log of new patients counseled, updating daily.
  • Follow up with all new patients. Follow up is done to help patient stay on track with requirements to start treatment, as well as to answer questions and concerns from new patients and help them sign up for treatment.
  • Assist with various office work and special projects as needed.
