Description Target Annual Compensation: $150,000+ Kunes Auto Group, the fastest growing dealership in the Midwest is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to play a critical role in delivering a compliant, customer-focused, and highly profitable vehicle purchasing experience. This position partners closely with dealership leadership, sales management, lenders, and customers to structure financing solutions that support both customer needs and dealership performance. The F&I Manager reports directly to the General Manager and is expected to operate with a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and operational discipline. Key Responsibilities Lead customers through the transition from vehicle selection to financing with clarity and professionalism Structure and present finance, lease, and protection product options in a transparent, compliant manner Maintain and grow strong relationships with lending partners Ensure strict adherence to all federal, state, and dealership compliance requirements Optimize F&I performance metrics, including product penetration, PVR, and lender mix Collaborate with sales leadership to improve deal quality and efficiency Train and support the sales team on F&I best practices and compliance standards Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive F&I Manager (required) Proven track record of strong financial performance and compliance Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual compensation target of $150,000+ Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Assistance Program Employee vehicle purchase and service discounts Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization Daily Pay option available Equal Opportunity Employer
