What You’ll Do Install, maintain, and service fire alarm, access control, and CCTV systems Respond to service and warranty calls and perform routine maintenance Lead project and service work, coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams Maintain accurate jobsite paperwork (safety inspections, FLRAs, vehicle checks, etc.) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project managers Communicate effectively with the main office and assist with scheduling/material needs Requirements What You Bring NICET Level I (or higher) in Fire Alarm preferred Minimum 2 years of low voltage/fire alarm experience Ability to read blueprints and complete documentation accurately Comfortable working independently or as a lead on a small team Strong communication skills and professionalism in customer-facing roles Experience with hand tools and trade-specific equipment Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing Experience in other low voltage fields (AV, CATV, phone/data) a plus Ability to operate lifts and work at height as required Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods Comfortable working in confined spaces and at elevated heights Ability to lift up to 70 lbs without assistance Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons Occasional overnight travel as needed Join the leader in fire protection and apply today!
