Description About the Role: State Fire is looking for a skilled Fire Sprinkler Foreman to join our Phoenix team. If you have hands-on experience installing and servicing fire sprinkler systems, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive pay, great benefits, and long-term stability. What You’ll Do: Install wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge fire sprinkler systems Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for proper installation Travel within the region as needed (overnight stays may be required) Work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday Occasionally take on flexible hours and on-call assignments Requirements What You Bring: Experience with all types of fire sprinkler systems High school diploma or equivalent plus 5+ years experience with fire sprinkler systems State licenses or certifications Knowledge of building/fire codes, OSHA standards, and MSHA (preferred) Basic computer skills for job tracking and communication Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to pass background and drug screenings Strong communication skills in English Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 70 lbs and use power/hand tools Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and in tight spaces Capable of working indoors and outdoors in various conditions What You’ll Get: Competitive pay based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) with company match Company-paid $50K life insurance policy Paid time off and holiday benefits Ongoing training and development opportunities Why Work with State Fire?
