We’re looking for a Fire Sprinkler Inspector to join our team in Salt Lake City. If you have experience with fire sprinkler systems and hold RME-I and Backflow licenses, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do: Inspect fire sprinkler systems to ensure compliance with NFPA, state, and local codes. Check sprinkler heads, pipes, valves, and alarms for proper function. Perform system tests, including water flow, pressure, and alarm functionality. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to keep systems operating safely. Perform service work and service calls, as necessary. Travel within the region (overnights may be required). Requirements What You Need: RME-I and Backflow licenses (required). Knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, fire/building codes, and OSHA regulations (MSHA preferred). High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Strong communication skills in English. Availability for on-call work when needed. Physical Requirements: Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and stairs. Work in tight spaces and various environments (indoors and outdoors). Lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
