Division - Anaheim, CA Salary Range: $30.00 - $50.00 Hourly Description SUMMARY: The Experienced Fire Sprinkler Fitter is a highly skilled position. Having a positive attitude, good attendance, hard-working work ethic, and the desire to grow are vital to the success of this position. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Working knowledge of all construction documents and fire sprinkler installation plans Have a working knowledge of some or all of the following documents: NFPA 13D, 13R, and 13 Have a professional attitude and appearance Ability to interface with customers and superintendents in a professional manner Motivated and a self-starter Problem solver Able to work independently Ability to give and follow directions Have a working knowledge of steel piping and/or CPVC (both are preferred but not required) Must be able to lift 100 pounds Have a current Cal Fire sprinkler fitter card A clean driving record is a plus. *Reliable and predictable attendance is required for the function of this job* *Duties and responsibilities may be changed at any time* Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Blazemaster, OSHA 10, and CPR/First Aid training must be obtained within the first 3 months of employment. Noise levels can vary from low to very loud. TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS: This job does not usually require traveling. However, if a personal vehicle is needed for company use during the workday, a mileage reimbursement expense form must be submitted. Out of town work is rare, but could be necessary on occasion.
