Description Location: Elko, NV Employment Type: Full-Time Ideal for fire sprinkler fitters with 2+ years of hands-on experience looking for steady, long-term work with a growing company. Full-time, consistent work in the Elko region Competitive compensation based on experience Benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match Training and growth opportunities What you'll be doing: Install fire sprinkler systems including wet pipe, dry pipe, pre-action, and deluge systems Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Perform work in compliance with applicable fire codes, building codes, and OSHA standards Use trade-specific tools and equipment to safely complete installations Regional travel may be required; overnight stays possible Work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with flexibility as required What we're looking for: 2+ years of fire sprinkler installation experience preferred Knowledge of fire and building codes; OSHA required (MSHA a plus) Basic computer and software skills Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Ability to communicate effectively in English Ability to work flexible hours or on-call when necessary Ability to pass a national background check and pre-employment drug screen What we offer: Competitive compensation based on experience Industry-specific and system training Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) plan with company match Company-paid $50,000 life insurance Paid Time Off Requirements Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, or stoop for prolonged periods Ability to operate a motor vehicle Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and stairs Ability to move about in areas with limited space and difficult access Ability to safely lift, transport, and place objects up to 70 pounds without assistance Ability to work both indoors and outdoors Ability to use trade-specific power tools such as hand tools, saws, and pipe cutters About State Fire: State Fire is a leading provider in the fire protection industry, delivering expert installation and service of fire sprinklers, fire alarms, kitchen fire suppression systems, security solutions, and more.
