The Little Washer restaurant in Glasnevin is seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor (min 1 year experience and with fluent English) to join the busy team on a full-time basis.
We provide a busy and fair working environment with great tips 100% shared amongst the employees on the shift.
To be successful, you will need to have confidence and skill, which can only be gained from experience working in fast-paced, quality restaurants with great food and wine, nurturing and managing customers in large sections.
We are offering 35-45 hours in 4 days: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (12 pm till 10 pm), and Sunday (8 am till 4 pm). Our restaurant is currently closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

Experience/Requirements:

• Previous experience in waiting tables and working knowledge of cash registers and any ordering information system is essential.
• Similar experience of supervising a small team including opening/closing procedures is necessary for this position.
• Knowledge of operating a manual coffee machine is welcome, but not required.
• Wine knowledge is welcome, but training can be provided.
• Fluent English is essential for the role.
• Must be available to work Wednesday to Sunday each week.
• Dedicated to the highest level of customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, team player, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and ability to work on own initiative.
• Must be legally permitted to work in Ireland.

This position is not suitable for anyone in daytime education.
