EXPERIENCED FLORIST – ALL SEASONS FLOWERS (LUCAN, DUBLIN)

At All Seasons Flowers, every bouquet tells a story. We are seeking a talented, dedicated and experienced florist to join our vibrant team and help us create beautiful, memorable floral designs for our customers.
This is a hands-on, creative role in a beautiful but busy environment. You’ll bring your artistry and technical skill to every arrangement, while working closely with our retail and events team to ensure high standards are consistently maintained, especially during peak floral periods.

As an Experienced Florist, you will:

• Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, funerals, corporate events, and daily orders.
• Translate customer needs into beautiful, personalised floral designs.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Share your skills and knowledge with junior florists and sales assistants, helping to grow the team’s expertise.
• Keep up to date with floral trends and techniques, introducing fresh ideas into our designs.
• Work closely with our shop and studio teams to coordinate orders, deliveries, and seasonal displays
