FORKLIFT OPERATOR – VALLEY QUEEN CHEESE Location: Milbank, SD Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour shifts (6 AM–6 PM or 6 PM–6 AM), rotating weekends Pay: Competitive wages + shift premiums and skill-based pay increases ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO * Safely operate a forklift to move and stack cheese in coolers. * Reweigh cheese and make sure it’s stored in the right place. * Help with general warehouse tasks like scanning products, labeling, and keeping the area clean. * Complete simple paperwork to keep inventory accurate. * Work as part of a team to keep things running smoothly and safely. ---------------------------------------- WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Must be 18 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. * Forklift certification (or willingness to get certified). * Ability to work in a cool environment (40–50°F). * Good attention to detail and teamwork skills. * Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person! ---------------------------------------- EXTRA PERKS * Earn extra pay if you have a CDL or master certain stacking skills. * Opportunities to learn and grow—help train new team members. * Safety and quality training provided. ---------------------------------------- WHY JOIN US?
