Join our Raymond Team as an Experienced Forklift Operator! The Role: We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Experienced Forklift Operator who brings energy and material handling expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll move, distribute, stock, ship and/or receive parts and equipment while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You’ll Be Doing: * Operating a forklift 50% or more of your workday. * Performing a variety of stocking duties typically including but not limited to: picking, marshaling, sorting, packing, stacking, loading and labeling. * Keeping accurate records of all transactions. * Utilizing internal computer systems for inventory control and accuracy; including completing cycle counts. * You’ll be the go-to warehouse partner for a variety of internal customers. * Collaborating with multiple departments to resolve routine issues. What We’re Looking For: * High School Diploma or GED * Minimum of one year forklift operation experience * Basic computer skills What Sets You Apart: * Previous experience working in a warehouse environment * Ability to perform basic math * Ability to comprehend verbal and written work instructions * Excellent communication skills Where and When You’ll Work: * This is an in-person role located at our Greene, NY warehouse and manufacturing sites—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. * You will be working 2nd Shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm) with potential overtime hours based on business needs. What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like: You will join us in a temporary role. There may be opportunities for consideration for regular full-time status within 6 – 12 months of employment based on performance and business needs. Wage - $20.73 per hour.
