You must have 1-year minimum experience in

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability and Willingness to work out of town
• Must have 1 -year minimum experience in multi-unit construction
• Must have experience with 1 or all the following:
• Wall Framing
• Back Framing
• Floor Framing
• Window and Door Installation
• Stair Installation
• Build and Load components
• Building units, party walls, corridor
• Temporary staging, exterior walls
• Blueprint and or Plan understanding/reading

Must possess attributes with the following

090 BUILDERS REQUIREMENTS:

• Must HAVE the PHYSICAL ABILITY to lift, push, pull, exert up to 50lbs without endangering yourself or others and carry heavy objects, walk, and stand for long periods of time- up ( up to 10 hours shifts) while performing strenuous physical labour using abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue under adverse field conditions.

• MUST HAVE YOUR HAND TOOLS: hammer, nail bar, tape measure, utility knife, 6’square
• MUST HAVE PPE: HARD HAT, CSA APPROVED WORKBOOTS, Appropriate Weather-Related Work Clothes
• Valid Government Issued ID – Driver’s License, Province Identification Card, Care Card, and or Passport
• Demonstrated ability to adjust to work-related demands
• Strong safety mindset
