OVERVIEW

We are a busy chiropractic practice that has been in the heart of North East Edmonton. We are looking to add a permanent, front desk staff member onto our team. The ideal candidate will be available to start ASAP, work well under pressure, have a keen eye for organization and multi task effectively.
We are looking for staff that are long term, and have a patient focus.
This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience utilizing Jane is preferable, but not required.
  • Confidence in problem solving and resolution management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in using phone systems and computer applications, including Google Suite/Microsoft.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently while managing client interactions.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence
