We are seeking a Front End Associate to join our team in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent guest service skills.
Duties:
- Greet customers as they enter the establishment
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and card transactions using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end area
- Upsell additional items to enhance the customer experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety protocols
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
