We’re looking for experienced, confident, motivated, enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our fast paced café and restaurant team.

SKILLS

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality (essential)
• Experience in bar work and making cocktails (preferred)
• Confident using tills, EPOS, and handling cash
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required (essential)
  To be considered for this position you must be at least 18 years old as it involves the sale of alcohol and due to our remote location, a full drivers licence and own transport is required.
  Previous experience in a similar role is essential and references will be required.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: From £13.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week

Experience:

• Oversee front of house operations during shifts
• Serve drinks, including bar work (cocktails, wine, and beer service)
• Prepare hot and cold drinks (barista training preferred)
• Operate tills and tablet-based EPOS systems accurately
• Handle cash and manage till procedures
• Open and close the venue, including securing the premises
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Support with training and developing team members
• Assist with stock control and ordering where required
