Experienced Front of House Associate, Experienced Bar tender.
The Gidi Grill front of house team perform a fundamental role in providing an exceptional service in a unique and exciting environment. If you have a passion for customer service and good overall hospitality skills within a very busy environment and work well within a team in a busy-themed atmosphere, then we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
  • Keep the bar well-stocked and ensure accurate stock rotation
  • Keep the bar clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
  • Restock and prep garnishes, syrups, and cocktail ingredients before and during service
  • Manage multiple orders calmly in a fast-paced environment
  • Help create cocktails and contribute ideas for the drinks menu
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
  • Following all company processes and procedures, maintaining our high standards or service and guest experience.
  • Ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy to always promote a safe working environment.
  • Carry out all opening and closing tasks including cleaning tasks as instructed.
  • Have the highest level of product knowledge and adopt a positive approach to upselling.
  • Attend trainings, refresher trainings and participate in briefings and team meetings.
  • Maintain good working relationship with colleagues.
  • Follow cash handling and credit procedures and report any discrepancies to your supervisor.
  • Comply with the establishments code of conduct and operating standards.
  • Always present a professional appearance.
