JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality sector is highly desirable.
• A solid understanding of time management to handle multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the till with basic maths skills to ensure accurate billing.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Provide support during events or special occasions as required.
