We are seeking an experienced and adaptable tradesperson to join our team on a self-employed basis. This role involves a variety of building and maintenance work, ranging from small repairs through to larger construction tasks. We’re looking for someone with a broad skill set, who can work both on their own initiative and alongside colleagues, while upholding the high-quality standards our clients expect.

• Carry out building and trade work such as groundwork, masonry, roofing, and insulation.
• Organise your workload effectively and complete jobs with minimal supervision.
• Work collaboratively with team members and occasionally with clients to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Keep work areas tidy and follow health & safety guidelines at all times.
• Travel to sites within roughly 15 miles of our base in West Oxfordshire.
