JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Civil Foreman oversees construction project, coordinating work crews, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. They play a key role in project management, monitoring progress, and addressing any on-site issues that may arise.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a General Foreman in high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of all construction phases (structural, finishing, MEP).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings.
• OSHA 30 or similar safety certification (preferred).
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) is a plus.

  Pay: From AED10.00 per mont

• Supervise and manage all site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor work progress and productivity of laborers and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Coordinate with Site Engineer regarding resource allocation, material requirements, and scheduling.
• Ensure safety standards are strictly followed by all site personnel in accordance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
• Inspect work performed to ensure it meets quality standards and report any deviations or issues to the engineering team.
• Maintain a clean and organized site, enforcing housekeeping and safety rules at all times.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and ensure instructions are clearly understood and executed.
• Supervise multiple work crews (civil, carpentry, steel, MEP) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Manage material deliveries and equipment allocation.
• Train and mentor junior foremen and workers.
• Report project status, risks, and delays to senior management.
• Ensure proper documentation (daily logs, inspection reports).
