We are hard-working, down-to-earth, and passionate engineers and geologists who provide quality geotechnical site investigation, analysis, and design advice to the construction infrastructure and energy sectors. We are looking for an established Geotechnical Engineer who can confidently provide practical design solutions, develop strong client relationships and contribute to furthering technical development in CMW. You must be able to work within a team and provide hands-on mentorship to junior staff our Ballina office. In the heart of the Northern Rivers, our Ballina provides site investigation and design advise to clients from the mid North Coast to Tweed. The experienced team is seeking to bring on a geotechnical engineer to work closely with our principal geotechnical engineer and develop a mid-level staff member. It will be a true, all-round role, with a focus on geotechnical design. What We're Looking for To be successful in this role you must have, A Civil Engineering, Geology or Earth Science Degree A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Geotechnical Engineer in a consultancy setting Attained CPEng or eligible for CPEng Full Australian working rights At least two years of experience working in Aus and NSW is strongly preferred Developed exposure to geotechnical design software Good interpersonal skills Exceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written What You'll Get Additional Day Leave on your Birthday Provision of minimum of 50 hours Training / CPD per year and paid membership to Engineers Australia.
