JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Experienced Grader & Loader Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently grading road and loading materials in a open pit environment. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate heavy equipment safely while ensuring that all operations comply with safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with graders and loaders.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
• Excellent attention to detail for accurate grading and loader scale.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency within the warehouse.
