Job Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Gradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various construction-related tasks and possess strong surveying knowledge.
Duties
- Perform Survey Layout
-Operate grading equipment
-Direct Equipment Operators to adjust grade levels as needed
-Ensure Proper Compaction of earth to meet engineering standards
-Conduct routine inspections of grading work for accuracy
-Maintain and claibrate protocols and site regulations
Skills
- Must be able to use a GPS Trimble
- Able to efficiently read and understand blueprints and plans
- Communicate effectively
- Civil Work- Water,Sanitation, Storm, Retention Tanks.
Qualifications
-Minimum 3 years experience as a gradesman
-Proficiency in using survey instruments and reading construction plans.
-Strong understanding of grading techniques and earthworks.
-Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and equipment operators
-Valid Class 5 drivers license and ability to travel to job sites.
-Excellent attention to details and problem-solving skills
