We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a background in print who is creative and well organised to join our team. At Diverse Print & Graphics Ltd we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional print solutions to our clients. Your role will include working with our current customer base in our general print and design requirements. Managing client relationships, and supporting in day-to-day graphic visuals, mock-ups and preparing files for our print department.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Print or Signage industry in Ireland along with proficiency in graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). A creative flair, speed and accuracy are vital for this role. We require fluent English-speaking candidates, as you will have direct relationships with clients. If you have experience in dealing with customer, and enjoy customer relations, you will excel in this role.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• A Graphic Design Degree, Marketing, or other relevant field
• 3 Years Graphic Design experience
• Possess strong skills within systems including Adobe Creative Suites, including Photoshop, illustrator.
• Keen eye for design and exceptional attention to detail with a solid understanding of colour theory
• Ability to produce creative ideas and solutions from brief to completion.
• Ability to innovate and solve problems creatively.
• Excellent Communication skills (Written, Oral, Listening)
• Time Management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work on own initiative.

• Developing creative designs for a wide array of applications (corporate brands, brochures, leaflets, stationery, vehicle signage etc)
• Handle office administration tasks, including maintaining digital files and records, and handling correspondence with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service by managing client enquiries, building relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with print production tasks, such as file preparation, colour management, quality control checks, and co-ordinating with production vendors.
• Operate and learn the process for digital and large format printing to assist production during busy times.
