We have a vacancy for an experienced Grill Chef to join our team at our busy restaurant,
We are looking for a person with a positive hands on approach, who can take instruction and work well with our team, you must be able to communicate with all staff and work well under pressure, as a member of the Kitchen brigade, you will contribute to developments within the kitchen, apart from working on the Grill.
You will be working in multiple sections within the kitchen. All our fresh fish and meat are prepared on the premisses. therefore a knowledge of fish and meat preparation advantageous, but can be taught on the job. Hygiene is a major part of every day work practice and you will be required to adhere to our food safety policy.
