As a Hair Stylist with us, you will be a key player in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring each client leaves feeling confident, beautiful, and completely satisfied with their new look.
Pay scale dependant on Self employed or employed status.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification.
• Previous experience providing salon services.
• Strong customer service skills.
• A genuine passion for hair
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and team members.
• Experience in both female and male hairdressing is highly desirable.
• Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Must be available to work Saturdays

Experience:

• salon: 3 years (required

• Provide a variety of expert hair services, including cutting, colouring, and styling, tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation to ensure a professional and inviting atmosphere. Adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Build lasting relationships by listening to your clients preferences and offering styling recommendations that are just right for them.
• Assist the salon to thrive by suggesting products and services that will make your clients’ experience even better, while also supporting the overall success of the business.
• Support the front desk by helping with scheduling appointments, managing client records, handling payments as needed. and managing client inquiries efficiently.
• Support and mentor junior stylists and apprentices, sharing your knowledge to help them grow and build their skills.
• Work closely with the team to maintain high customer service standards, making sure every client leaves feeling happy and satisfied.
