Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our team. As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their hair styling needs and preferences
- Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Recommend appropriate hair care products and treatments to clients
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, such as scheduling appointments and processing payments
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in hair cutting, coloring, keratin treatment etc.
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist, preferably in a salon or spa setting
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong retail sales skills to promote salon products and services
- Proficiency in various hair styling techniques and trends
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sanitation and sterilization standards for salon tools and equipment
