• Kitchen Operations Mastery: You know exactly how a professional kitchen should run — from layout and equipment to systems and flow. You can design and optimise a kitchen setup that maximises output, consistency, and efficiency.
• Menu Design & Culinary Innovation: You’re not just a cook — you’re a creator. You have a sharp eye for food trends, a deep understanding of flavour, and the ability to craft menus that are both commercially successful and creatively outstanding.
