Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals in providing care and support residents in care homes
- Assist with residents hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Help residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Monitor residents’ condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment
- Provide emotional support to reidents
