Are you an experienced support worker passionate about helping elderly people live independently in their own homes? We are looking for skilled and compassionate individuals to join our team and provide high-quality care to our elderly customers (65+ years).

DO YOU MEET THESE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS?

• Passionate about aged care – helping our elderly customers live independently in the comfort of their own homes
• Hold a current Australian Drivers’ Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
• Fully Vaccinated (2 doses) for COVID-19
• Live in or near The Entrance NSW. This could include the following suburbs Kincumber, Bateau Bay, Tumbi Umbi, Ourimbah, Wyong, Wyoming, Tuggerah, Blue Bay, Long Jetty, Forresters Beach, Avoca Beach, Gosford, Point Clare, Erina or Lisarow
• Know this is not a vacancy for Disability or to work in a facility/nursing home

WHAT THIS ROLE OFFERS:

• Available Roles: Open to Experienced candidates
• Contract Type: Permanent Part-Time
• Contract Hours: 20-40 hours per fortnight + flex up hours
• Hourly Rate: $31.74 - $33.00 per hour + 11.5% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Providing domestic assistance (cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, meal preparation), personal care services (showering, toileting, medication assistance), social support, and transportation for clients
