QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Hotsoft Operating System and Tablepath would be a distinct advantage
  • Extensive working knowledge of MS office applications and experience in office administration
  • At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in a busy hotel reception team environment
Responsibilities
  • Work with the Reception team to ensure all guests have a positive experience by delivering a smooth check in and check out process
  • Remain familiar with day-to-day operations and updates
  • Familiarity of local amenities
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure booking information is shared and accurate
  • Ensure quality of data is maintained within the booking system enabling accurate guest history and sales’ information
  • Handling general administration duties and guest queries
  • Comply with company regulations regarding; Fire, Health & Safety, Hygiene, Customer Care and Security.

Person Specification

  • Ability to create a warm, welcoming and positive guest experience
  • 100% fluency in English
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Must have own transport or the ability to commute to meet shift requirements
  • Must be available for various shift patterns e.g. 7am - 3pm, 11 am/12 noon - 7/8pm / 3pm to 11pm
