• Training, mentoring, and monitoring team performance to maintain consistent high standards
• Coordinating daily cleaning schedules and room allocations
• Inspecting rooms to ensure quality control
• Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests and feedback
• Ensuring housekeeping supplies and equipment are well managed and organised
