About the Role As an HVAC Installer, you’ll play a key role in completing Multi-family, new construction projects, installing systems that ensure comfort and performance for future residents. You’ll work closely with site supervisors, builders, and other trade teams to deliver high-quality, efficient installations that meet our company’s and our clients’ standards. Requirements Key Responsibilities Install air handlers, flex duct, and ceiling registers across multi-unit construction sites Assemble, install, and repair HVAC piping, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications Interpret blueprints and follow layouts to ensure proper system placement and performance Coordinate with project leads to maintain timelines and quality standards Safely work from ladders (6’ and above) in a fast-paced, active construction environment Maintain a clean, organized work area and represent Charlotte Mechanical with professionalism What We’re Looking For We’re searching for an HVAC professional who understands the rhythm of large-scale new construction projects and takes pride in efficiency and teamwork.
