Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

As an Experienced HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of HVAC projects from inception through to handover. This includes planning, coordination, budget control, and site management across multiple projects. The role demands a solid technical understanding of HVAC systems (including air conditioning, ventilation, and heating) and the ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver on time and within budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take full ownership of HVAC projects from pre-start through to completion and handover
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget forecasting
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations, company standards, and client specifications
  • Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to monitor performance and resolve issues
  • Track and control project budgets and variations, and prepare progress reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, and other trades to maintain excellent relationships and communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support procurement, logistics, and technical submissions to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
  • Manage project documentation including RAMS, commissioning plans, and O&M manuals
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned reviews
