OUR MUST HAVES

The position requires: An individual with a high energy level who has documented experience with inside sales, preferably in building supplies or related industries. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be self-motivated, and able to be assertive with internal and external partners. Computer skills are necessary as data entry, interpretation and research is required. Must be able to work flexible hours and some overtime when required. Knowledge in building supplies would be an asset.

As part of the Edmonton team, the experienced Inside Sales team memberwill be working together with other team members to assist our customers daily. This opportunity will provide the right individual with a chance to be an effective problem solver while constantly adjusting daily task priorities. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our customers through all channels.
Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Helping customers with their orders in a timely and professional manner;
- Answering incoming phone calls;
- Responding to customer queries, in person and digitally;
- Entering orders into a computer system and tracking those deliverables;
- Assisting with managing inventory levels in the showroom;
- Any other tasks assigned by branch manager;
