This role is ideal for a licensed professional who excels at building lasting relationships, advising clients on the right coverage, and driving both new business and retention. You’ll play a key role in supporting our community by delivering tailored insurance solutions while contributing to the continued growth of the agency. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as a trusted advisor to new and existing clients, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate coverage Build and maintain long-term relationships through proactive communication and high-quality service Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients remain properly protected as their needs evolve Sales & Business Development Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community engagement Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across personal and/or commercial lines Meet or exceed individual sales and retention goals Policy & Account Management Quote, bind, and service policies across multiple carriers Explain coverage options, exclusions, and pricing clearly to clients Manage renewals, endorsements, and policy changes in a timely and accurate manner Claims Support & Advocacy Assist clients through the claims process, providing guidance and ensuring timely resolution Act as a liaison between clients and carriers to support positive outcomes Compliance & Documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in agency systems Ensure all activities meet state regulations and carrier guidelines Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required 3+ years of experience in an insurance agency or brokerage environment Proven track record of client retention and/or new business production Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Spanish speaking a plus What We're Looking For A self-motivated professional who takes ownership of their book of business A relationship-first mindset with a consultative sales approach High attention to detail and strong follow-through Someone who values being part of a local, community-focused team What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission/bonus opportunities Established client base with growth potential PTO, medical, dental & vision, 401K with 4% match Employee ownership Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunities for professional growth and expanded responsibilities \n $65,000 - $70,000 a year \n
