Known for our award-winning customer experience and commitment to excellence, we’re seeking a driven and tech-savvy Automotive Internet Sales Manager to lead our digital sales operations and deliver an elevated online buying experience.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a strong background in internet automotive sales. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all inbound digital leads, managing a team, and desking deals directly with clients over the phone. We are looking for someone who is passionate about performance, people, and results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in automotive internet sales or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM/DMS platforms (Automotive Mastermind and CDK preferred).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to close deals and exceed online sales goals.
  • Understanding of digital retailing and automotive marketing platforms.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Response & Conversion: Manage all online inquiries via email, chat, text, and phone with speed and professionalism; drive appointments and conversions.
  • Team Leadership: Build, coach, and manage a high-performing internet sales team with a focus on accountability and growth.
  • Deal Structuring: Close deals over the phone. Submit complete deal jackets to the finance office using internal systems.
  • Sales Performance: Set and monitor individual and team goals. Track KPIs and adjust strategies to ensure monthly and yearly targets are met or exceeded.
  • CRM Optimization: Utilize and maintain the CRM; ensure accurate data, effective follow-up workflows, and continuous pipeline activity.
  • Customer Experience: Support customers throughout the digital buying journey—from vehicle selection to purchase. Ensure satisfaction and clarity every step of the way.
  • Inventory & Listings: Maintain accurate and visually compelling vehicle listings with high-quality photos and detailed descriptions.
