Intumescent Sprayer / Industrial Painter (Steelwork)
Employer: Flux Fire Protection
Location: Head offices in Cleckheaton / West Yorkshire , the work will be site-based requiring UK-wide travel and occasional nights working away
Contract: Permanent PAYE or CIS (long-term)
Salary: Competitive + overtime + allowances + vehicle/kit (DOE)
Start: ASAP
We are looking at different options with regards to the employment method. We can either take on as permanent PAYE and provide a van, or can take on as subcontract CIS status. Open to discussion on what works best with the right candidate.

We are a fast growing business operating from offices in Cleckheaton, with construction contracts on sites nationally. This is a very exciting time in the company and a great opportunity for the right candidate to come on board and grow along with us as we expand.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Intumescent Painting : 2 years minimum (mandatory)
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Drivers license

Experience:

  • spraying: 1 year (preferred
Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces for spraying by cleaning, sanding, or masking as necessary
  • Operate spray equipment to apply paint, varnish, or other coatings
  • Ensure proper mixing of paints and coatings according to specifications
  • Maintain and clean spray equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to standards
