YOUR ROLE:
We’re looking for an IT Support Employee to strengthen our IT department’s service desk. As an ICT Employee, you will play a key role within our ICT team. You ensure that our systems run smoothly, provide support to colleagues with all kinds off IT technical questions, and contribute to improving a securing our IT environment. This role is crucial to our operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for all IT issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution process.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
· Incident Management: Register, analyze, and resolve reported IT issues and service requests in TOPdesk.
· Service Delivery: Maintain an overview of all ongoing issues and escalate problems when necessary, proactively monitoring their progress to ensure timely resolution.
· User Management: Onboard new employees, providing them with the necessary IT equipment and software.
· Asset Management: Manage IT assets, ensuring accurate registration in TOPdesk.
· Software Installation: Install and configure computer software on company laptops.
· Knowledge Sharing: Document solutions and contribute to our knowledge base to improve future support efficiency.
