REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a butcher, ideally with a background in Italian gastronomy
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cuts and traditions, as well as British meats
  • Passion for exceptional produce and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, growing team
  • Good communication skills in English (Italian language a plus)
