Looking for experienced line cooks, and dishwashers. eighteen91 is an all ages restaurant that is open year round and also services a snack shack, a beverage cart, and a 200 person banquet space.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Assist in cooking and preparing various food items
- Ensure food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
- Maintain and clean equipment and work environment
- Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively
- Willingness to learn and take direction from the kitchen manager or head chef
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.00-$22.00 per hour
