REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a cook, kitchenhand or chef.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • A responsible, reliable, mature and structured disposition
  • High energy and productivity levels.
  • Openness to learning and following systems.

Responsibilities

Working in the kitchen at Stellarossa Parside Plaza, you’ll be busy preparing delicious, fresh meals for dine-in and takeaway. You’ll be involved in every aspect of the process, including prep, frying, grilling, plating, cleaning, organising, and ensuring all of the necessary checks and balances are taking place. There’s a menu that changes every 6 months, and lots of room to infuse some flair with daily and weekly blackboard specials and cabinet goodies. We also regularly hold events and provide catering food and drinks. This is a casual position with lots of hours on offer including weekday and weekend work.
